We're two brothers who have first-hand experience working in busy city-centre offices and as part of fully remote teams. Having spent countless hours in uncomfy office chairs and virtual meetings we asked ourselves the question…
In today's remote and busy world, how can we get teams to bond and get away from their desks?
We believe that the outdoors is the perfect playground for this. We know that being outside has a unique way of boosting morale and strengthening relationships.

Meet the team
George
George previously worked as an outdoor activity instructor, leading groups on segways, tree-top ropes courses, and quad bike trails. He then made a transition into a career in tech at a busy central London office. He soon realised how much he missed the outdoor activity world and his desire to share his great experiences with others.
Jack
Jack used to work as a ski instructor in Canada, helping clients improve their technique and guiding them around resorts. He then began a career in app design in a fully remote team, and was always looking for fun and exciting ways to get together face to face with his colleagues.
